THE ROLE

Join a multidisciplinary team as a Community Occupational Therapist, supporting older adults aged 75+ to maintain their independence, safety and quality of life at home.

You'll manage a community-based caseload through My Home Care Packages, completing initial assessments, functional capacity assessments, home modification recommendations and ongoing reviews.

With no office-based requirement, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and travel directly to clients in your local area. This role is ideal for an OT with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys working autonomously, building relationships with clients and helping older adults remain independent in their own homes.

The position offers flexibility to work 3–5 days per week, with a start date available within the next four weeks.
