About the Role

We're seeking an experienced CRM Consultant to join our team, playing a pivotal role in both winning new business and delivering exceptional client outcomes. This position uniquely combines pre-sales consulting with hands-on implementation of CRM solutions, business process optimization, and AI-powered capabilities. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, helping organizations transform how they manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Business Development

  • Partner with sales teams to understand prospect requirements and design compelling CRM solutions that address business challenges
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to uncover client needs, pain points, and opportunities for digital transformation
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that showcase platform capabilities
  • Help develop comprehensive proposals, solution architectures, and statements of work with accurate effort estimates
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, building credibility and rapport with prospective clients

 

Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-launch support
  • Configure and customize CRM platforms to meet specific business requirements and workflows
  • Design and implement business process improvements that maximize efficiency and user adoption
  • Integrate CRM systems with existing enterprise applications, data sources, and third-party tools
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, data migration plans, and change management programs

 


 

Business Process Management

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
  • Map customer journeys and design processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  • Facilitate process design workshops with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service functions

 

AI & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within CRM platforms, including predictive analytics, intelligent routing, and automated insights
  • Configure and deploy AI-powered features such as lead scoring, sentiment analysis, sophisticated integration and automation models, and recommendation engines
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to client challenges
  • Educate clients on AI best practices and help them realize value from AI based solutions

 

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • At least one job of 18months + where you have been involved consulting & implementation of any business management software.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes
  • Experience with business process modelling, analysis, and optimization methodologies
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in CRM contexts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative approach to client engagement
