Basis: Full Time

Salary/Package: £20-£23k

Primary Purpose

This is primarily an admin support role to ensure the smooth transition from initial sales order to the provisioning the installation of DRFT, SIP trunks, WLR (Line and Broadband), mobile and data connectivity.

The Service delivery assistant will assist the V & C Manager by processing orders via the Gamma and V1 portals. This involves detailed updates to clients on the delivery process and liaison with the ISP and Vendors to ensure expectations are met.

 

Although Our client offer full training for this role, previous experience within this industry would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the V & C Services Manager

• Maintaining opportunities on CRM

• Performing access checks on the Gamma Portal

• Creating and assisting in the costing sheets for quotations

• Creating and raising orders for V & C services manager

• Sending welcome emails and managing EU expectations

• Performing Range holder and Dialogue searches for number ownership

• Porting checks/ Migrations and CLoA

• Ethernet quotations and order management

• Porting process

• Customer liaison – email and telephone

• Assisting with basic quotations

• Competitor Bill analysis for PPM and service charges

• Administration of mobile portal

• Provisioning of sold Voice and Connectivity services Behaviours Required
