Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a very well-respected telecommunications company, who are looking to add a Voice Provisioning Engineer to their team.
My client has a provisioning engineering team based in Gateshead which consists of highly skilled voice coordinators and technical engineers. In this position you will support internal & external teams, design and coordination of UCaaS solutions, SIP delivery, Complex orders, technical support & liaison with 3rd parties providing relevant products or services, delivering BAU or complex bespoke projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project provisioning including remote system/site builds, user configuration, remote support, technical guidance to end users or engineers, project calls, escalations.
- On site installations. When required you will be expected to carry out installation of voice equipment on customers sites. This may include implementing of equipment in data centres or customer premises.
- Assist with end user technical query’s, Carry out site and desktop technical surveys, Architecture, and costing.
- Technical customer presentations, technically validate and sign-off solutions plus creation and approval of documents such as FDS, PID, SOW’s.
- Oversee project delivery by managed the end-to-end process, ensuring timely and quality completion of deliverables within budget constraints.
Essential Experience
- Experience with provisioning the Mitel suite of MiVoice business products and their applications especially MiCC & MiCollab
- Experience with deployment of Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact centre and the Zoom Application portfolio.
- Experience with Data networking such as data switch installs, VLAN configurations, router installs, server builds, Windows deployments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems.
