Store Manager – Convenience Retailer – Midleton Cork 

Excel Recruitment are thrilled to be recruiting for a well-known and expanding convenience retailer in the heart of Cork. We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Store Manager who’s ready to take ownership of a busy store, lead a strong team, and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary: €50k 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience in convenience or grocery retail management
• A proven track record of leading and developing a team
• Strong commercial awareness and a drive for hitting KPIs
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for retail
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
