About the role:
Our client is seeking a motivated Trainee Fire Strategy Consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for a competent Fire Risk Consultant who wants to develop and train as a Fire Strategy / FRAEW / PAS9980 Consultant. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced Fire Engineers and receive extensive training and development to enhance their skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct retrospective fire strategy assessments and develop comprehensive fire safety plans for a range of properties.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Perform FRAEW (Fire Risk Assessments in Existing Workplaces) and PAS9980 surveys to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Review and analyse fire safety documentation, including building plans, fire risk assessments, and safety management systems.
- Provide expert advice on fire safety matters and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate fire risks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality services.
- Participate in training and development programs conducted by experienced fire engineers to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in fire strategy consulting and FRAEW/PAS9980 surveying.
