Freight Administrator – Immingham

£15.42 per hour
Location: Immingham Dock
4 on 4 off | 12-hour shifts | Days, nights & weekends

About the Role

Stafforce are currently recruiting for a Freight Administrator to work on Stena Line at Immingham Dock.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy port environment, supporting the smooth movement of freight and providing efficient administration for drivers and port users.

The role will involve working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking drivers in and out of the port

• Carrying out general administration duties

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Using computer systems including Microsoft Office and Destin8

• Communicating with drivers, customers and port users

• Supporting the smooth movement of freight through the port

• Ensuring all information is recorded accurately

• Providing a professional and helpful service at all times

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a busy environment.

• Destin8 experience is desirable but not essential

• Must be computer literate

• Must hold a full UK driving licence

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible approach to working days, nights and weekends

• Previous experience in freight, ports, logistics, transport or administration would be beneficial
