The role
Our client is looking for a skilled Training Administrator/Scheduler to ensure the seamless execution of their instructor-led, virtual, and e-Learning programs. You will possess a keen eye for detail, excel in multitasking, and thrive under pressure. As a reliable problem-solver with proficiency in Excel and project management, your primary mission will be to guarantee the precise allocation and smooth delivery of our training programs.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the scheduling of training, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive training records, encompassing trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Oversee room bookings, ensuring they are correctly configured for training sessions.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, such as guides and feedback forms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers and participants.
- Proactively address any issues that may arise during training sessions.
- Compile and submit detailed reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Enforce adherence to established procedures by employees and trainers.
Requirements and Skills
- A proven track record in a Training Administrator or similar role.
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with office procedures.
- Proficient with MS Office tools, with expertise in Excel and SharePoint; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
