Job Purpose

  • Be accountable for supporting the Senior Recruiter to rapidly target, identify, source, screen candidates and present high-quality resumes for current and future needs of the client.
  • Screen candidate’s resumes / applications for availability, interest level, salary range, basic qualifications and conduct technical screenings.
  • Act as project lead
  • Responsible to realize the complete sourcing process through MOBY and respect of recruitment process.
  • Responsible that good quality and good number of CVs are registered on CRM.

 

Job description (Responsibilities & Accountabilities)

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening and selection of candidates.
  • Responsible to provide the candidate, a basic information about the job and MPH and request in return all information needed for the initial contact.
  • Responsible in placing job adverts of open requests
  • Handle all communications with the candidate during the screening process till the client.
  • Responsible to communicate the correct T&Cs and JD to candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews of candidates by following the recruitment process.
  • Responsible to maintain an exhaustive candidate’s database.
  • Proactively participate with senior recruiter in the research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Engage in regular networking with the candidates to update the database on a regular basis per industries.
  • Act as project lead- will be responsible to manage clients or projects assign by the recruitment manager.
  • Coordinate tenders and prepare salary benchmark and analyzing of submission and creating of benchmark on specific project.
  • Be equipped with No. of resumes for immediate assistance to the Business Development team for tender submissions.
  • Preparing of candidates’ resumes in MPH standard format.
  • Responsible to update and adhere to the KPI’s to meet the requirements of the company standards.
  • Responsible to create watchdogs for candidate’s database for future anticipation on assign project or client.
  • Responsible to coach new recruit.

 

Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience]

  • Degree or Masters in any field, Degree in engineering is a plus.
  • Should be computer savy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point..) and IT proficient.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Recruitment Experience, with good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sources.
  • Technical recruitment is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and French a third foreign language is a plus.
