About the role

The Employment Facilitator and Advisor is responsible for assisting clients in the programs to build their employability skills, confidence and knowledge to become more competitive in the local labour market.

They will provide tailored support according to clients’ experience and goals and the development of research skills to assist them in understanding the local job market.

The role is also responsible for creating opportunities for clients to be placed in appropriate work placements and to arrange connections with local employers and industry.

 

The person we seek will ideally have the following experience or skills:

  • Employment sector experience
  • Promoting and referring job seekers to employers
  • Achieving KPIs and managing client relationships
  • Assisting job seekers to develop employability skills e.g. writing resumes, cover letters and the application process.
  • Utilise your digital literacy with various platforms into program delivery.
