The Role

We are currently recruiting for Egg Collectors to join a busy agricultural operation near Skegness. This is a hands-on role working within a poultry environment, ensuring eggs are collected, checked, and prepared for processing in line with quality standards.
This position would suit reliable individuals who enjoy practical work and are comfortable working within a farm setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting eggs from designated areas
• Inspecting eggs for quality and removing damaged products
• Packing and preparing eggs for distribution
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following animal welfare and health & safety procedures
• Assisting with general farm duties when required

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically active role
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in an agricultural environment
• Own transport may be advantageous due to location

Previous Experience

Previous farm, agricultural, production, packing, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
