We are currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work. The role involves packing products to customer specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the smooth running of the production process. No previous packing experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing products accurately and efficiently
• Checking products for quality and reporting any defects
• Labelling and preparing items for dispatch
• Working to production targets and deadlines
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Supporting team members and supervisors as required
