About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth across residential projects in the North East of England. You’ll be the face of the business for developers, housebuilders, consultants and contractors—identifying opportunities, nurturing partnerships and securing new connections projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and managing relationships with residential developers, housebuilders and key regional stakeholders

  • Identifying new business opportunities across the North East and converting them into long‑term partnerships

  • Leading the full sales cycle—from initial engagement and tendering through to contract negotiation and handover

  • Working closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive and aligned with customer needs

  • Representing the business at industry events, meetings and networking opportunities

  • Tracking market trends, competitor activity and regional development pipelines

What You’ll Bring
