The Company: We're working with an IDNO business who are looking to hire a Design Manager to work on their IDNO electricity networks. This business are Ofgem regulated and focus on 5 core sectors: EV Charging, Battery Storage & Renewables, Data Centres, Industrial & Commercial and Residential. 

The Role: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in new sales and clients to the company. We're looking for candidates that have knowledge and/or experience working for or with an IDNO/ICP/CPO with proven experience in a Business Development or Account Management background. 

We're looking at candidates who have the following: 

• Experience of Business development, sales and/or Account Management activity
• Degree qualified in electrical engineering (or similar), or significant experience in the electricity field
• IDNO, DNO, ICP or CPO backgrund 
• Technically astutue with good understanding of the grid connections, EV, Renewables & BESS process from beginning to end 
• Full UK Driving Licence 
• A clear communicator who can partner multi-disciplinary teams, in-house and externally to have the impact to deliver company goals
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• Full right to work in the UK
