Salary: £60,000 + £5,200 car allowance
Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus (performance‑based)

A rapidly growing Independent Connection Provider (ICP) is seeking an Estimating Manager to join their expanding team. With headcount set to grow from 20 to over 30 this year, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a high‑visibility role where you’ll have genuine influence over the estimating function and wider project lifecycle.

The Role

As Estimating Manager, you will take ownership of new enquiries once the commercial lead has completed the initial checks. You’ll manage the estimating process end‑to‑end, with the flexibility to complete estimates yourself or allocate them to the estimator working alongside you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and reviewing new enquiries passed over from the commercial lead
• Completing estimates or allocating them within the team
• Overseeing tender preparation and submission
• Supporting customer meetings with technical insight when required
• Leading internal handovers once orders are secured
• Introducing the allocated designer and ensuring a smooth transition into construction

A dedicated admin team handles all POCs and asset values, allowing you to focus on technical, commercial, and strategic elements of the role.

• Experience within an ICP environment
• Either an estimator ready to step up or an experienced Estimating Manager
