Property Litigation Solicitor

With offices across the country, they provide exceptional legal services to a diverse range of clients. Their Wimbledon office is a thriving hub of legal expertise, and they are currently seeking a talented and experienced Property Litigation Senior Associate to join their dynamic team.

As a Property Litigation Senior Associate at the firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in property-related disputes. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, handling a wide range of complex property litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, property contract disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and boundary disputes.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7-8 years of post-qualification experience in property litigation
• Extensive knowledge and experience in handling property-related disputes, including landlord-tenant matters, contract disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and boundary disputes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of managing a caseload independently and meeting deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating excellent client care
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members
