SAP FI/CO IT Expert

We are looking for an SAP FI/CO IT Expert to join the central IT team, supporting the implementation and evolution of SAP S/4HANA Cloud within the plastics division.

This role will be part of the SAP implementation team and will work closely with business areas to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and implement new functionalities that contribute to efficiency and operational excellence through digital solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and processes and propose improvements;
• Collect, analyze, implement, maintain, and enhance existing SAP solutions across all locations within the division;
• Implement solutions aligned with organizational needs and focused on efficiency improvement;
• Work closely with the IT team to provide technical support for implementations;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors on solution delivery;
• Ensure standardization of solutions according to IT department rules and procedures;
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

Profile Required

• Higher education in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Accounting and Management, or equivalent professional experience;
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams;
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Ability to map and document business processes;
• Highly organized, autonomous, methodical, and disciplined;
• Ability to plan activities in detail and ensure successful project delivery;
• Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to lead change and engage people in process improvements;
• Availability to travel occasionally.
