ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the FP&A leadership team (APAC), this Finance Business Partner – FP&A role supports the Oceania business across both device protection and distribution channels.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will partner closely with operational stakeholders, providing timely financial insights, supporting forecasting and budgeting cycles, and driving performance outcomes.

You will be responsible for both core FP&A activities and value-add business partnering, with strong visibility across the business.

DUTIES

  • Lead and support forecasting and budgeting processes across Oceania
  • Deliver flash reporting (twice weekly) and monthly performance reporting
  • Prepare month-end commentary and insights for leadership
  • Build and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyse performance and flag risks/opportunities
  • Support monthly close activities, including journals (JDE)
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs and presentations
  • Load and manage financial data within global reporting platforms
  • Provide commercial insights to support operational decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across operations and finance

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • Proven experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering roles
  • Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
  • Ability to operate in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (JDE highly regarded)
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience working in a large, complex or multinational business advantageous
