ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into a senior finance leader, this Senior Finance Analyst role sits within an established Analytics & Reporting team and plays a key role in supporting strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
This is a hands-on, insight-driven role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, analysing performance drivers, and translating data into actionable outcomes that support growth and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with operational and commercial stakeholders

Analyse performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities impacting financial outcomes

Build, maintain and enhance recurring and ad-hoc management reports

Partner closely with senior leadership, commercial managers and operational teams to provide financial insights

Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes and automation

Support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-
Degree qualified in Commerce, Business, Finance or similar
-
CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) highly regarded
-
Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting

Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
-
Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools advantageous

SQL experience highly desirable

Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills

Comfortable working in an ad-hoc, fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Collaborative approach with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
