RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns
• Business and individual tax compliance
• Managing and maintaining a portfolio of SME and privately owned business clients
• Providing advisory services, including cashflow management and forecasting
• Preparation and analysis of KPIs and management reporting
• Proactive client communication and relationship management
• Working closely with owner-managers to support client outcomes
• Identifying opportunities to add value and provide commercial insights to clients
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
• CA or CPA qualified, or close to completion
• 5+ years’ experience in public practice, ideally within business services or business advisory
• Strong client-facing and service delivery experience
• Solid technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Confident preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Personable, proactive and commercially minded
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
