ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will play a key role in managing financial reporting and analysis across major event and tour projects.

You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing commercial insights that help drive performance across multiple projects.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants exposure to the commercial side of major live events.

DUTIES

• Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models across multiple projects
• Deliver financial analysis and performance insights to support business decisions
• Manage revenue and cost reporting across key streams including ticketing, sponsorship, food & beverage, and merchandise
• Support project profitability through cost tracking and margin analysis
• Manage month-end processes including journals, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare detailed P&L and variance analysis for key stakeholders
• Provide financial insights to operational teams across festivals and tours
• Maintain strong financial controls and contribute to continuous improvement in finance processes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• 5–7 years’ experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or commercial finance
• Experience working across budgets, forecasts, and month-end reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Advanced Excel capability and experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar advantageous)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
