We are partnering with a leading fresh produce company to find a Group FP&A Analyst who will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

  • Developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights

  • Building, maintaining, and refining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

  • Performing scenario analysis to assess financial impact and support informed decision-making

  • Leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) to present insights in a clear format

  • Supporting the evaluation and prioritization of capital investment projects

  • Conducting post-implementation reviews of capital projects to measure outcomes and provide recommendations

  • Collaborating with business units and senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and profitability

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • CA/CPA qualification with relevant finance experience in large, complex environments

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of value drivers and performance indicators

  • Experience in financial consolidations, preferably international and multi-currency

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • High attention to detail with a process improvement mindset

  • Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders
