ABOUT THE COMPANY.
As an organisation, my clients unique structure sees expertise across multiple disciplines to ensure control and capability across the property cycle. Uniquely, all functions of the development process are performed in-house which means architecture, interior design, construction, project management, sales, leasing, marketing, operations and asset management are all conducted exclusively by them. They are now looking for a superstar Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent part-time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will be responsible for;
- End to End Accounts Payable
- Reconciliations
- Making payments
- Responding to supplier queries
- Stakeholder management
- Mange AP inbox
- Other adhoc tasks as required by the business
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- Experience working in a similar role
- Taking your own initiative and being eager to learn
- A go-getter with a positive attitude
- Looking for someone who is motivated & works quickly
- Someone who is system savvy with intermediate excel experience is highly regarded
