ABOUT THE COMPANY.
My client is a proudly Australian owned and operated family business specialising in manufacturing muesli, clusters & snack products. They are an Australian market leader in the FMCG space experiencing rapid growth. They are now looking for a vibrant Assistant Accountant/Accounts Payable to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
- End to End Accounts Payable
- End to End Accounts Receivable
- Manage weekly payment runs
- Stock receipting
- Weekly sales reporting & bank reconciliations
- Intercompany reconciliations
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Month End processes including posting GL Journals and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Get involved in Ad-hoc Projects as required by the business
- General office duties as required
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- 2 + years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong systems experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills is essential
- Experience with Xero & SAP is advantageous
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well presented & professional induvial
