RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide accurate, timely monthly financial results and reporting for operational cost areas
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and action aged items
• Partner with internal finance teams and operational stakeholders to align results with business objectives
• Review outsourced month-end processing and drive continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with finance policies, governance, and regulatory standards
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements and manage audit-related queries
• Represent Finance at steering committees and project-related meetings

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• CA/CPA qualified
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting expertise and experience managing operational cost reporting
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills across finance and operational teams
• Proficiency in large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, HFM, TM1) and strong Excel skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to influence outcomes and drive improvements
