The Salesforce Platform Architect will work as part of an Agile squad composed of internal and external architects, developers, data engineers, functional business partners, data stewards, software vendors and other service providers. The candidate will closely interact with colleagues in various Functional Groups, and a Data Tribe, responsible for maintaining and enhancing CRM platform end to end and managing necessary release throughout all phases of the application delivery lifecycle.

Key accountabilities:

• Author, review and endorse information, requirements and specification to design and develop solutions for Salesforce
• Design and implement business technology solutions focused on Salesforce CRM and partner applications.
• Provide technical and integrated solutions on the lightning platform.
• Identify, design, develop and implement innovative solutions for business initiatives provide input and guidance to submissions.
• Analyse multiple technical alternatives and contribute to recommendations which impact technical solutions.
• Manage development of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.
• Provide critical application and release support, advice and guidance.
• Collaborate on integrated solutions for multiple projects and to resolve complex technical and business issues.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build trust in CRM architecture.
  
  Ideally you ill have:
  
• Experience in Salesforce release management process and deployment tools.
• Experience guiding a development team on the appropriate use of platform technology.
• Experience with object oriented design patterns and awareness of platform-specific design patterns and limits.
• Working knowledge of developing code on the Force.com platform.
• Experience in designing, developing & implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, VisualForce and Apex.
• A broad range of experience with common integration patterns; experience with integration on the Lightning Platform.
• Strong CRM technical gap analysis knowledge and represent CRM team in enterprise projects.
• Serve as technical subject matter expert and provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
