CNC Machinist

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. This role involves a combination of technical skill, creativity, and hands-on experience in machining operations, including set-up, programming, and making offsets. The ideal candidate will have several years of machining experience and a solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines with precision and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure that parts meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks on machined parts and make adjustments as necessary to uphold quality standards.
• Create and modify CNC programs for various parts, especially those used in the medical industry.
• Deburr parts as needed to ensure the finished product meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with other machinists and teams, utilizing both technical skills and creativity.

Qualifications:

• Several years of CNC machining experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and performing part quality checks.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with deburring parts.
• Ability to program and adjust CNC machines for different parts.
