The Role
We are looking for a Production Technician to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role supporting the daily running of the workshop, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with production tasks. You’ll play an important part in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the setup and operation of cutting machinery
• Handling and preparing materials for cutting
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Packing and dispatching customer orders
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Supporting senior machinists and engineers with day-to-day tasks

Skills & Qualities

• Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential – training will be provided

What we offer:

• £26,500 - £27,500 per annum
