Are you looking for a new role in programming? Your key responsibilities are to carry out changes in coding of insurance products and debugging / maintenance in coding of insurance products. You have knowledge of underwriting product design and build processes, knowledge of internet technologies, web design/deployment principles and hosting.
The successful candidate will be programming underwriting updates on systems, developing new schemes and supporting with document creation. You will have an insurance background. If you have some C# and SQL, that would be great, but if not, you will be trained on those.
Well I have a role which may be right up your street. The main duties include:
- Programming clients underwriting updates
- Troubleshooting, investigating, bug fixing and resolving client issues
- Developing new schemes
- Document creation
- Software installations via Remote Desktop
- Ensure professional technical underwriting best practice with a focus on time, cost and quality throughout
- Ensure industry best practices are utilised
- Assist with development on work items
You will have industry experience of software development and be familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office, SQL and C# Development Applications. ITIL Certification and professional development accreditation's would also be advantageous.
