An exciting opportunity has arisen for a warehouse operative to join the team within a modern and professional distribution and recycling business based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

Key Duties:

• Wrapping and packaging items for delivery to customers.

• Assisting the warehouse team with locating, picking, and preparing items for delivery or postage.

• Supporting the warehouse team with general warehouse duties, including organising goods moving in and out of the area.

Key Skills:

• A forklift truck licence would be a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided if required.

• The successful candidate must be reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Friday: 8.00am – 4.45pm
(Including two 30-minute breaks)

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary: £25,248 OTE £27,500 (depending on age and experience)

• Following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, eligibility for a discretionary monthly bonus and a travel allowance

• On-site parking
