The Role

You'll join experienced pharmacy teams providing high-quality patient care across a range of clinical areas, including:

• General Medicine
• Surgery
• Rehabilitation
• Oncology
• Emergency and other specialist services

Responsibilities may include:

• Clinical ward pharmacy services
• Medication reconciliation and reviews
• Discharge counselling
• Participation in multidisciplinary ward rounds
• Supporting safe and effective medication management

About You

To be considered, you'll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum 6 months' hospital pharmacy experience in Australia (public or private)
• Experience using hospital pharmacy systems such as iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach
