Sales Account Manager - Mandarin - Utrecht area (2337 - 7533) Utrecht, Netherlands

Our client is a leading international wholesaler specializing in used internal transport equipment, telehandlers, and aerial work platforms. With a dedicated team of 55 employees, they serve customers in over 80 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities/Tasks 

 

As a Area Manager Asia / Overseas  you'll be at the helm of your own territories, spanning China, India, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives to drive growth.
  • Visiting customers and attending international trade fairs to strengthen market presence.
  • Stakeholder management with internal departments incl. Administration, Shipping department, Operations etc.

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin or Vietnamese. Any number of other Asian language(s) and/or Dutch is an advantage
  • A commercial mindset, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Interest and affinity with Asia
  • Experience in the sales industry (outside sales, account management)
  • Being a reliable team player with an independent and proactive working style
  • Looking for a long-term career commitment
  • Available full-time, on-site (40 hours per week)No hybrid option.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Residing in or near IJsselstein (Utrecht area)
