Are you a skilled QA technician looking to join a diverse and growing food manufacturer? We are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Technician for a market leading food producer in North Yorkshire to cover a period of maternity leave.
The successful QA Technician will have previous experience working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment and be available to interview in the next week
The role of the Quality Assurance Technician will involve:
- Overseeing quality and food procedures, site compliance and hygiene regulations
- Conducting equipment checks.
- Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site.
Successful candidate must understand HACCP principles and how these are applied within the factory. Previous Quality Assurance experience within a food environment is required for the role. You will be working 5 out of 7 days on a rotational shift pattern and candidate must have their own transport due to the location of this role.
Salary £23,000
