We are currently recruiting for a Specifications Supervisor for a Food Manufacturing company based near Grimsby. My client is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join the Technical department on site for a 12-month contract.

As a Specifications Supervisor within the Technical department your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing Specification Technologists within the Technical team and managing their work
• Managing Raw material and packaging specifications
• Reviewing and signing off artwork
• Reporting any issues and trial outcomes
• Supporting the NPD team at concept stage
• Managing project efficiently and to deadlines
• Working towards set KPI’s on site

I am looking to hear from candidates who have had exposure to specifications portals for major supermarkets and has knowledge of UK and EU labelling legislation. The salary for this position is advertised at £28,000. Hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
