A well-established Food Manufacturing company based in the Beverley area is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their high performing and highly experienced team.
As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Achieving production targets for the team
- Ensuring the production lines are kept clean, tidy and hazard free
- Communicating with other key departments
- Ensuring the department is Audit ready
- Providing support and training for team members to develop their skills
The successful Production Supervisor will be a hands-on individual who has previously mentored and supervised production teams and ideally you will have worked within the food or FMCG sectors. You will like to work at speed, with accuracy and attention to detail in a high speed/process driven environment.
