Due to continued growth in an expanding market, we are seeking a Test Engineer to join a great Team.  Working in an industry leading manufacturing company. The successful Test Engineer will have previously worked with the inspection and test of secure power equipment.

Working in the Scarborough area Monday-Friday, this role is commutable from Malton, York, Pickering, Driffield, Kirkbymoorside and Whitby.

As Test Engineer you will be responsible for;

• Testing and inspecting secure power solution equipment
• Fault finding and repairing to a component level of electronic products
• Supporting client witness FATs
• Ensuring products comply with company QA standards and project specifications

The successful Test Engineer will have had experience in a similar technical role. You will possess a relative engineering qualification, ideally HNC/D level or above.  The ability to read circuit diagrams and fault find to component level is essential and a working knowledge of battery chargers, rectifiers, inverter, and power supplies would be highly beneficial.
