An exciting opportunity has become available for a Quality Assurance Officer to start within a growing Food Manufacturing company based near Malton, North Yorkshire. The temporary QA officer will be working initially on a temporary basis but this role could become permanent for the right candidate.

As a QA your role will involve:

• Overseeing quality and food procedures, site compliance and hygiene regulations
• Conducting equipment checks.
• Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site.

For the QA position you must understand HACCP principles and how these are applied within the factory. Previous Quality Assurance experience within a food environment is required for the role. The Quality Assurance position does include shift work once training is completed. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
