A Food Manufacturing business based near Scarborough, North Yorkshire is recruiting for a Quality Supervisor to join their team. This position is ideal for a Quality Supervisor who is wanting to drive their career and progress to the next level. As a Quality Supervisor you will have the main responsibility on site for maintaining Grade AA BRC.

As Quality Supervisor the role includes:

• Maintaining the Quality Management System and compliance Document
  Control Procedure.
• Conducting internal audits on site
• Overseeing staff training and understanding of Quality Manual.
• Ensuring all policies and procedures relating to Food Safety and Quality are always followed.
• Monitoring any customer complaints and analysing any trends.
• Setting and meeting KPI’s
• Monitoring any non-conformance's
• obtaining samples for micro analysis, to conduct swab tests, and to maintain micro results
• Conducting trace-ability mock recall exercises, to maintain and write HACCPs

Most importantly, as a Quality Supervisor you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership, management and organisational skills. Quality experience is required as well as previous involvement in all aspects of BRC audits.

Although the shifts are Monday- Friday days, you must be flexible during peak to work shifts to meet the business demands.
