An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Manager on behalf of a market leading, national fast-growing food manufacturing company near Hull.

As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for:

• Providing training and developing within the team
• Identify any process improvements needed
• Management of the team’s holidays
• Ensure the line is always running effectively
• Reviewing set budgets

I am keen to hear from ambitious and motivated Shift Managers with strong leadership qualities. You should have a proven track record of managing large teams. Previous experience of FMCG Manufacturing is essential (preferably food related). You must be open to shift work.
