The Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for the analysis and insight that underpins the entire change strategy. You’ll partner with SMEs, functional consultants and the broader OCM team to:

• Lead current‑state process discovery across Finance, Procurement, Maintenance and other SAP ECC areas.
• Review, validate and refine Signavio process maps to reflect true business practices.
• Identify variations, manual workarounds, spreadsheets, and custom processes hidden within the business.
• Translate S/4HANA system and process changes into clear, structured business and role impacts.
• Develop key OCM deliverables including change impact assessments, stakeholder impacts, and training inputs.
• Support workshops, interviews and business engagement activities that feed into readiness and adoption planning.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility position that plays a critical role in ensuring the business is prepared for S/4HANA.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Strong background in process analysis, process mapping or business analysis.
• Experience working with Signavio (highly desirable) or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA processes and transaction flows.
• Experience working on large ERP or transformation programs.
• Exposure to organisational change impact assessment.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent documentation skills and an ability to translate complexity into clarity.

Industry experience in transport, utilities or asset‑intensive environments is a bonus but not essential.
