Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP ECP payroll implementations and enhancements
• Configure and maintain Australian payroll schemas, rules, and functions
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
• Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including ATO, superannuation, STP, and awards/EBAs
• Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration, and UAT
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Assist with post-go-live support and continuous improvements

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP ECP or Payroll Consultant
• Strong Australian payroll experience is essential
• Hands-on expertise in payroll schemas and rules
• Experience with payroll control centre
• Time integration experience is beneficial
• Solid understanding of ATO compliance, Single Touch Payroll (STP), superannuation, and tax rules
• Experience working on large SAP transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
