What you’ll do

• Build and execute an integrated communication strategy and plan across releases and readiness activities.
• Translate complex program and technical detail into business-friendly messages for leaders and frontline teams.
• Produce executive updates, milestone announcements, business impact/readiness comms, newsletters, intranet content, town halls and visual assets.
• Partner with OCM, Solution Adoption, Corporate Communications and workstream leads to ensure alignment, governance and brand consistency.
• Support testing, training, cutover and hypercare communications; monitor channels and adjust based on stakeholder insights.
• Track and report on comms delivery, engagement and adoption indicators. 

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience delivering communications for large ERP or S/4HANA transformations within complex program environments.
• Strength in organisational change communications, stakeholder engagement and business partnering.
• Ability to turn complex program content into clear written, visual and verbal narratives; meticulous with planning and detail.
• Comfortable working at pace with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; experience with unions in regulated environments is highly regarded.
