Regional Support Executive

Regional Support Executive  Dhaka, Bangladesh

Overview and objectives of the position:

The Regional Support Executive supports the Regional Management team to ensure smooth operations and maintain customer relationships in region. This role will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day office operation, managing vendors and supporting recruitment where required. The RSE is also responsible for providing support to Divisions where needed for participation in events and recruitment activities.

The role requires a practical knowledge of operational management, marketing and sales within the international education environment and ideally experience of student recruitment through agent networks for study abroad.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Supports Regional Manager in rolling out the operational activities within region
  • Handling day-to-day ad hoc duties, replenishing office supplies, printing requirements, ordering, etc.
  • Assist Regional & Divisional Team in student recruitment activities when required
  • Flexible to travel & attend recruitment events
  • Acting as the key point of contact to all external visitors to the office including managing local vendors
  • Accounts payable/receivable activities in line with Navitas Finance requirements and processes, and any record keeping/compliance activities needed
  • Assists in various administrative functions as and when required
  • Will support Operations Team by liaising with various government bodies to ensure company licensing, taxation, and immigration matters remain compliant across all jurisdictions
  • Procures where appropriate office services and equipment
  • Follow all administrative processes efficiently and deliver excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Supports the financial process in a way that is compliant and managed efficiently, meeting key deadlines and delivering excellent internal and external customer service
  • Work with the wider Operations Team across regions on various HR/operational procedures and projects
  • Assist with marketing collateral supplies and generalist agent support with collateral
  • Assist Regional & Divisional team in admission process
  • Coordinate and participate in agent training
  • Deliver product training to agent partners when required
  • Support Regional Manager with other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification (minimum Bachelor degree from reputed university)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-3 years previous experience in an operation & management role
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail
  • Motivated and highly organized
