Sales Executive

Location: Leicester
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00am -17:00pm)
Salary: 19k - £22k + commission

Overview
Regional Recruitment Services are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join a leading sheet material supplier, based in Leicester. Our client is looking for someone that is passionate about gaining and nurturing customer relationships. You will make recommendations on products that meet their requirements and guide them through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have. This is a thriving business and one of the market leaders in their field.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls. Large call volume (50+ per day).
• Cross sell and advise on appropriate materials to prospective clients.
• The Sales Executive will contact potential or existing customers to inform them about any new products and services.
• Following up inbound enquiries from different channels including the company website.
• Send and track brochures using the company CRM system
• Record and measure sales data, to assist in the overall sales strategy.
• The Sales Executive is also responsible for conducting market research to outline potential prospects.

To be successful as the Sales Executive we are looking for the following:
• It is desirable that sales executives have attained at least 2 years experience selling either B2B or B2C.
• A demonstrable track-record of achieving targets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• The ability to respond positively to setbacks.
• A passionate, enthusiastic and driven approach.
• Able to prioritise and plan effectively.
• All successful sales executives will be good team players who are results orientated.
