Regional Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit multiple Outbound Sales Executives to join a highly successful and fast-growing company based in Leicester on a full time, permanent basis. With a client base of some of the UK's leading Telecoms and Broadband providers, you will be contacting individuals regarding their existing mobile phone packages and who are eligible to upgrade at this time.

Our client has over 15 years' experience in the field and so you will be a part of a growing professional team spanning several dedicated departments, combining your skills with an exceptional training programme tailored to bring out the best in you!

Telesales Executive – Duties & responsibilities:
Sales:
• Making a number of Sales calls to potential clients/customers – being able to handle objections and respond positively to any unsuccessful situations
• Working closely with internal departments and colleagues to efficiently deal with inbound customer enquiries
• Working to hit, achieve and exceed targets/deadlines on a daily basis

Account Management:
• Maintaining accurate records of conversations on the in-house database and ensuring all administration tasks are completed

Telsales Executive - The Individual
• Experience within Telecommunications desired but not essential – ongoing training and support is provided
• You will possess exceptional Sales and Customer Service skills and experience – having the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• You will be keen, enthusiastic and have the willingness to learn
• You will be confident with an outgoing personality and pleasant telephone manner
• You will be professional, punctual and strive for high performance
• You will have the ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player
• You will strive to hit and exceed clear targets and deadlines
• The ability to respond positively to objections/setbacks – you will have a tenacious and resilient attitude
