Responsibilities

• Drive data‑informed decision‑making within a multidisciplinary product team.
• Perform advanced SQL‑based analyses on large datasets.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support product experimentation, including A/B test design, execution and evaluation.
• Build dashboards and visualisations (Power BI preferred).
• Collaborate with PEDX colleagues to support product roadmap decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a mid‑level capacity.
• Strong academic background (Analytics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or similar – MSc).
• Proven experience in multi‑functional product teams.
• Excellent SQL skills and strong experience performing complex data analyses.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear business insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive and detail‑oriented approach.
• Experience with dbt and Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of two‑sided marketplaces is a significant advantage.
