Data Analyst (TR/4030092) Amsterdam, Netherlands

As a Data Analyst you will support the optimization of a digital product focused on second-hand offerings. You will play a key role in driving product performance through data-driven insights, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that improve product performance.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels, retention strategies, and customer journeys.
  • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Translate data findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support event-driven tracking implementations using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Work closely with data engineers on data warehousing and ETL processes.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills – able to present data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen – understands how data drives business impact.
  • Expertise in data modeling and DBT.
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and transforming data.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking.
  • Skilled in Power BI for dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with Python is a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
