In this project, you will join a small, agile team that is building a conversational assistant for marketing performance data. The MVP is already live, and the team is now entering the next discovery‑heavy phase where reliability, scalability, and smarter data interaction are key.

Context & Team

  • You will work closely with a Data Science Advisor and an AI Engineer.
  • The environment is exploratory — the direction evolves while learning by doing.
  • The goal is to turn a functional MVP into a robust assistant marketers can trust.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Development
    • Contribute directly to an existing codebase.
    • Co-develop improvements with the core team.
  • Technical Pathfinding
    • Test and evaluate technical approaches (data expansion, improved summaries, RAG-based setups).
    • Experiment and validate what works best within the ecosystem.
  • MVP Scaling
    • Move from simple visitation summaries to high‑quality, multi-metric insights.
    • Improve reliability and reasoning quality.
  • Knowledge Sharing
    • Document findings and share learnings with the broader team.
    • Help shape how AI agents fit into marketing workflows.

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on AI engineering with Python.
  • Experience using LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Strong SQL and comfort working with pre-calculated datasets.
  • Experience in exploratory, iterative product environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with marketing metrics or web analytics.
  • Understanding of interfaces for non-technical users.
