Job Details for Client Service Specialists:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM-7:00 PM, Part-time
- Pay Rate: $19.50-$20.50 an hour
- Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities & Description for Client Service Specialists:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing client phone calls and emails
- Articulate the account opening, distributions, and investment process to clients
- Assist clients in filling out forms and checking that they are fully completed
- Provides educated answers with regard to Qualified Plans, IRA's, and IRS Codes
Job Requirements for Client Service Specialists:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree preferred
- Client focused/customer service mindset
- Minimum of 3 years experience in client financial services
- Experience in a similar role (financial/client services, vendor management, account executive, lending/financial representative, portfolio manager etc.)
