Batch 2 Local Yard CSR

Batch 2 Local Yard CSR (JO015078) Doha, Qatar

  • Propose design optimization in order to minimize the offshore works. Attend Hook-Up optimization workshops with CTR and monitor the actions progress.
  • Review all construction deliverables related to offshore campaign issued by Contractor : constructability studies, method statements, work pack, job cards, scaffolding plans
  • Review contractors construction and execution offshore schedules to ensure they include all required activities as realistic timelines, logical sequencing, adequate resources
  • Planning follow up, making sure that the tasks are planned consistently and in line with the manpower available during the offshore campaign,
  • Participation to technical and safety review : 90% model review, constructability, HIRA, JSA
  • Participate with Contractor to minimize Shut Down work and optimize offshore Integrations Works duration
  • Interface with Field Operations team members in developing SIMOPS and shutdown scopes and associated schedule for site activities - new WHP installation, hookup, commissioning and integration works.
  • Responsible on COMPANY Side to monitor the prefabrication of piping spools, piping supports and structure, and associated pre-commissioning activities and report to B2 Package Leader & Batch 2 Construction & Integration Engineer
  • Monitor contractor’s labor resources in accordance with approved mobilization plan
  • Monitor Contractor’s detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule.
  • Responsible for daily monitoring construction progress and reporting on COMPANY side
  • Motivates and oversees his Site supervision Team,
  • Monitor that QA/QC and HSE requirement are applied during the prefabrication campaign.
  • Identify and follow-up of any Non Conformance linked to Fabrication (NCRs) in close relation with the QA/QC Superintendent.
  • Liaise with Package Lead and integration and construction engineer regarding program deviates from approved construction schedule and propose mitigations.
  • Setup and manage meetings with EPC Contractor. Maintains good relationships with Contractor, but being strict to achieve the project objectives.

 

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering,

  • Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas project with relevant experience in EPC contract execution 
  • Experience in construction engineering : offshore campaign preparation
  • Experience of management on a construction yard
  • Strong skills in piping / structural and construction activities offshore
  • Track records of construction experiences,
  • Experience within a project team: At least 10 years’ experience within large multinational taskforce team environment,
